- 10 stems of fresh parsley (don’t use its roots).
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 1 liter of homemade white or red wine
- 300 grams of organic honey.
Put the parsley stems in the water. Add the vinegar. Boil the mixture for 10 minutes on low heat. Once you notice foam add the honey. Then, leave it to simmer for 4 minutes. Now, strain the mixture and put it in bottles. Make sure that the bottles are previously cleaned with strong alcohol. At the end, seal and close them well.
