Back pain is a common feeling for almost all adults. Most often, it arises from overexertion or fatigue of the muscles. Many do not take this problem seriously, but if you do not pay attention to the constantly appearing pain in the back and lower back, then you can get real diseases of the spine.
They will have to be treated seriously. Is not it easier to pay due attention to your back, knowing that there are even special exercises for eliminating back pain that can serve as a good preventive? They will not take a lot of time and effort.
We spend most of our life in a sitting position. It does not matter how old you are, 20 or 60, many of you probably have ever had discomfort and pain in the lumbar region. Fortunately, there are exercises that will help prevent or alleviate this unpleasant symptom:
#1. Stand on your knees and extend your arms in front of you. Place the head on the floor.
#2. Lie on the floor. Bend your knees and lift them. Place your right leg on your left knee.
#3. Lie on the floor and slightly bend your knees. Turn your legs to the right. The left leg should be on the floor, and the right ankle should be above the left knee.
#4. Make lunges with your right foot forward, lean on your arms.
#5. Stand on the floor with your legs shoulder-width. Perform squats.
#6. Stand on the floor with your legs shoulder-width. Bend your body to the floor, touch the floor with your fingers.
#7. Sit on the floor and bend your knees. Take the right foot behind the left knee and place it on the floor on the left side of the pelvis. Place your knees one above the other.
#8. Sit on the floor with your legs straight, then bend them in your lap and toss your left leg over the right, placing it on the outside of your right hip.
#9. Lay down on the floor, pulling your knees up to your stomach. Take the outside of the feet with your hands. Raise the knees in the sides slightly wider than the body, pull the knees to the armpits.
