The original recipe uses sliced potatoes, and the spaces between the cuts are filled with spices, butter, cheese, and other foods.
On the other hand, this recipe does not need to be limited to potatoes only. For example, you can cook chicken in this way, and you can stuff it with all kinds of foods.

- ¼ cup cottage cheese – 2
- 1-pound chicken breasts
- 1¬½ cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
The method of preparation:
Heat the oven to 200 degrees, 400 degrees Fahrenheit, or Gas Mark 6. Add the olive oil in a cooking pan, add the spinach, and cook it for about 5 minutes. Stir in the cottage cheese, cook it for about a minute, and then leave it aside to cool.
Cut the chicken breasts into slices. Add the mixture of spinach and ricotta into the cuts.
Spice with pepper and salt, and for better color and flavor sprinkle with some red paprika on the top. Bake it for 20-25 minutes until the juices are clear and the cheese is completely melted.
