Researchers from the University of Iowa, discovered that people who drank one or two beverages a day, particularly beer, were in much better shape than those who didn’t practice this routine.
They also wanted to compare the age that body showed with their actual chronological age. It turned out that people who consumed one or two drinks per day looked younger and felt younger. Their DNA structure was scientifically proven to have better quality.
That refreshment that only beer can give you is indispensable. So, enjoy in your glass of beer even more now, spending great time with your friends in your favorite bar. Science allows you.
