Peppa Pig is a very popular animated movie. Kids enjoy watching it. But is it really a good animated movie? A recent study from a group of psychologists discovered that Peppa Pig can cause autism among children.
We are all familiar with the fact that this animated movie has achieved a huge success. You can find and buy many t-shirts, sweaters, toys, stickers, and many other things with this character. But, is this cartoon character good for children? The answer is-no.
According to specialists, there is a proof that shows and increased confronting, questioning, snide, adversarial, and disrespectful behavior in children which results from watching cartoons such as Peppa Pig. Peppa Pig is very rude and her parents allow her to get away with murder. In one of the episodes, Peppa and her brother George refused to tidy their room. Their parents made it into a game to achieve the result. When they finished tidying, they messed the room again, laughing arrogantly.
These are the unique features Peppa possesses:
- Suffers from the syndrome of superiority;
- Imposes ideas regardless of others’ opinions;
- Competitive (it does not how to lose);
- Inappropriate behavior;
Some parents complained that their kids copy the behavior of Peppa and George, and as a result, some parents even banned the cartoon from being watched on their TVs.
So, you should be very careful. There is nothing good in this movie. There are many other interesting and educative animated movies and programs appropriate for your children. You should know that around 80 percent of the brain develops during the first few months until three years old. If your children spend a lot of time watching the TV, they will copy the behavior that they see on TV.
