But, what if we tell you that they will no longer be problem for you? Believe it or not, with the help of just two natural ingredients this infection will be safely treated and eliminated. You will only need apple cider vinegar and baking soda.
One thing you should know is that the baking soda will not kill the fungus, but it will definitely prevent spreading and growing.
As far as the apple cider vinegar is concerned is that I will not let the fungus to survive. On the other hand it is completely safe for your skin. It will not harm your skin or nail.
So, you should get:
• 4-5 tablespoons baking soda
• 1 cup white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
• Paper towels
The first thing you should do is combining one cup of vinegar and enough water. Then soak your feet in for 15 minutes. Your feet should be dried with paper towels.
Add extra baking soda in the water. Repeat the procedure with soaking for another 15 minutes and drying the feet.
This treatment should be done twice a day. As we said, the vinegar will destroy the fungi, and the baking soda will impede the growth of more.
