How to make a detox foot soak at home to flush toxins

#1 Detox bath with salt

#2 Detox bath with clay

For this one, you are going to need some bentonite clay. Dissolve half a cup of it with warm water and add it to your bath water. Add the same amount of Epsom salt and a few drops of essential oil, and let yourself enjoy it for next 20 minutes.

#3 Detox bath with hydrogen peroxide

Add two cups of hydrogen peroxide to your bath and just a tablespoon of dried ginger powder. After 30 minutes you will feel how clean and smooth your body has become.
