You can also make bread. Just replace about 5% of the flour you would use with onion skins and you will get tasty bread.
Onion skin can help people with cramps. Just boil 2 handfuls of onion skins in water for 10-20 minutes on low heat. Strain the skins and drink 1 cup every night before bed. Cramps will disappear.
