– Extra virgin olive oil
– 2 large organic lemons
– Eucalyptus leaves
– A small jar with lid
– Clean gauze
Put the lemon peels in a jar and add enough olive oil so that you cover them completely. Next, add the eucalyptus leaves. Make sure you close the jar tightly and allow this mixture to sit for two weeks.
After the period of two weeks, add a little of this remedy to a gauze and apply it over the painful area. Do this treatment at night, because in that way the ointment can soak into the skin while you are sleeping.
