Exhaustion, tiredness, dark skin under the eyes, dry skin are indicators that your body is overloaded with toxins, and the sooner it is cleansed the better. When you experience this condition, you are more likely to catch the flu, and you are more exposed to viruses and infections. Once your body is detoxified, it brings back its strength and energy.
Luckily, we have a weekend detox plan for you that will be beneficial for your health in general. It cleanses vital organs such as: liver, kidneys, lungs, intestines, and lymph. Fluids, meat, potatoes, and food low in calories are part of this detox plan. Sounds good, doesn’t it? You can practice it twice a year for just 10 days in a row, or for the weekend few times per year. The effects are unbelievable.
For maximum effect, use dandelion, birch, and nettle tea. Also include physical activities. We suggest you swimming, walking, jogging, or gym.
Follow the instructions of this weekend scheme and eliminate the accumulated toxins.
First of all, after waking up, take 240 ml warm water before breakfast.
Breakfast: warm water and 1 cup oat flakes with linseed 1 spoon, 250 ml green tea or water, ½ cup fresh blueberries, 200 ml low fat yoghurt or almond milk.
Lunch: 250 ml water, 2 cups salad (you can use arugula, tomato, green veggies), grilled hake 250 g, Swiss chard with potatoes and olive oil, small banana and 1 slice of melon.
Snack: 250 ml water, plain yoghurt 180 ml, ¼ cup pumpkin seed.
Dinner: 250 ml water or anise tea, 2 cups salad with lemon juice, olive oil, then pastry of integral flour, 150 g grilled tuna, ½ cup steamed veggies (spinach and broccoli).
As we said previously, start with water again.
Breakfast: 1 cup oat flakes and linseed 1spoon, almond milk 200 ml or diet yoghurt and a pear. Take green tea as well.
Lunch: 250 ml water, veggie soup (made of pepper, potato, beans, carrot, onion, celery), grilled chicken breast 200 g, pickles 150 g.
Dinner: Integral pastry, nettle tea, carrot with beet salad and squeeze lemon juice over it.
