A benign overgrowth of fatty tissue cells is known as skin lumps or lipomas. Skin lumps can occur almost anywhere in the body, but in most of the cases, they appear on the armpits, upper arms, neck, upper thighs, and on the torso. These fatty tissue cells are always between your skin and the underlying muscle layer. If you notice them you shouldn’t worry, because they are not cancer and they cannot turn into cancer. They usually stay in the same form or they can grow very slowly. If you touch them you will notice that they are small, movable, painless lumps which have soft, rubbery consistency.
In most of the cases, a treatment isn’t necessary. But, if you don’t feel comfortable with them, or if they cause you pain, we offer you a natural way to remove them:
Homemade treatment- Recipe
It is very simple. Just prepare a balm (cream) using herbs and natural oils. You can use a combination of different oils and herbs.
Some natural oils such as flaxseed oil or Neem oil are a perfect base for a balm. Another excellent alternative for balm base is cooled green tea because it is high in antioxidants that regulate blood fats and blood sugar.
Flaxseed oil is rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and can help you to reduce inflammation. But don’t forget that flaxseed oil is certified to be free of heavy metals, such as mercury and lead.
However, Indians have used Neem oil (Azadirachtaindica) for thousands of years to treat lipomas, because it is an astringent that helps protect your skin.
Prepare your balm and massage the areas with lipoma with it. The massage will also lower the pain.
