Korean Kimchi Recipe (Homemade)
The god thing about this recipe is that you can also change some ingredients it in order to suit your personal tastes better. But if this is your first time, then you should follow these instructions.
The Ingredients You Need
- 2 heads of shredded Napa cabbage
- 3 cloves of crushed garlic
- 2 minced jalapeños
- 5 scallions of thinly chopped spring onions
- 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons of crushed chili pepper
- 2 tablespoons of raw honey
- ½ a teaspoon of sea salt
- ½ an onion
- Take a glass or Mason jar.
- Combine all the ingredients, except sea salt and honey.
- Take 2 cups from the mixture you made and put them in a blender. In order to make a thick juicy substance, add enough water. Add in the honey and sea salt.
- Blend it all. Fill your jar with it and press down on it with your hand in the shape of a fist.
