We all have been in a situation when unexpected guests have pressed your door bell. Taken by surprise, you need something and easy to prepare. We have the best recipe for you.
This dessert is very delicious and consists of only three ingredients.
Are you curious to find out the name of it? We are talking about a Japanese cheesecake. Apart from being easy to make, it has an amazing taste and nice aroma.
- 3 eggs
- 120 grams of cream cheese (unsalted)
- 120 grams white chocolate
Method of preparation:
Start by separating the egg whites from the yolk. After that, leave the egg whites in the fridge for a few minutes. Next, take a bowl of hot water. In another, small bowl on top of it, melt the white chocolate. Once the chocolate gets smooth, remove it from heat. Now, add the cream cheese. Mix well until you get a homogenous texture. Then, add the egg yolks. Mix again.
Continue with preheating the oven to 170 degrees. Take the egg whites from the fridge and whisk them. You should get a firm snow.
Divide the mixture into thirds. Afterwards, add a third to the batter. Mix again. Repeat the procedure with the other two thirds.
Add some oil in the baking pan and pour the mixture in it. Put the pan in the previously heated oven. The air bubbles should come out, so in order to do that, lift the pan and drop it a couple of times.
And finally, put the pan with the mixture in a bigger pan. To fill the surface around the batter pan, use hot water.
Baking: First, bake the cake for 15 minutes to 170 degrees. Lower the heat to 160 degrees and bake it for extra 15 minutes. Turn the oven off, but don’t take the cake out of it. Leave the cake to bake itself. This part of the preparation process requires attention, because the surface of the cake should not be broken, so be careful while baking it.
Take it out of the oven and allow to cool down completely. Decorate the cake with some powdered sugar or whatever you prefer. It’s up to you.
And your creamy cake is ready to serve. This time you will be the one who will surprise the guests with this mouthwatering cheesecake. So, what do your guests think?
