  • 250 ml. of ginger juice
  • 250 ml. of garlic puree
  • Five tablespoons of honey
  • 250 ml. of lemon juice
  • 250 ml. of apple cider vinegar

You need to put all the ingredients (except the honey) in a pot and then mix them well. Cook them on medium heat for 30 minutes while stirring the mixture constantly. Remove the mixture from the heat, and then let it cool down, before adding the honey.

Then, mix the mixture again and then transfer the juice to a glass bottle. You can keep the bottle in your fridge for up to 2 months.  You need to consume one tablespoon of this juice every morning before you eat your breakfast.

The garlic and the honey will lower the blood pressure and your cholesterol levels, while the ginger will protect your heart against heart disease. Apple cider vinegar, on the other hand, will eliminate the toxins from your body.
