And the last thing is that you can consume raw ginger. It will help you alleviate pain, by improving your blood circulation.

  1. Epsom salt

This is a type of salt that is packed with magnesium. Magnesium can regulate your pH levels, and the pH levels are very important because there are some medical conditions like arthritis, that thrive when the body’s pH levels are acidic.

You can add two cups of this salt to a warm bath and then soak in it. You can also take half a cup of warm water and then add Epsom salt and lemon juice to it. You can consume one teaspoon of this mixture, twice every day.
