The first thing that you notice about watermelons is the white spots. These spots, also known as field spots, are quite natural. It is actually the area where the watermelon was placed on the ground. Every watermelon has a field spot, but the best watermelons have creamy-yellow or even orange-yellow spots. Pick the gold one.
