How to prepare it:

You will need to pre-heat your oven at 180 degrees and then mix one-third of the garlic with olive oil and then wrap it up in an aluminum foil. Then, bake this mixture for 90 minutes and leave it to cool down. Take a pot and melt the olive oil and the butter.

You then need to stew the onions for ten minutes. Squeeze the garlic so the oil comes out and then add it to the onions. Mix all of the ingredients well and then add the herbs, the chicken soup, and the thyme.

You need to continue to boil the mixture over low heat and then add the bread. Simmer it for five minutes, which will make the bread softer. Then, strain the herbs and mix everything together. You will end up with a creamy mixture. You need to put the mixture back in the pot and finish the process of preparation by adding the sour cream. You can add some salt according to taste.
